Everyone was so efficient in what they were doing. Dr. was excellent nurses were excellent. The front desk was excellent. Very happy with this service.

The PA was especially outstanding with a thorough explanation of available treatment options and skill in administering my injection. Dr Fishman was also personable and informative.

Dr. Fishman offered a very cookie cutter approach to my problem. I am an active person with a desire for the best outcomes and his approach was very cavalier and standard. When telling him that I wanted not to just mask the [ ] but work toward a real solution, his response was, "then be reborn" basically saying that at 47 years old, I would have to be reborn to solve my problem so I should just live with it. Coconut Point was nice as always. The facility is always clean and beautiful and the staff were kind and prompt.

The PA I saw first was amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He didn't make me feel rushed. I was a bit confused when he came in since the appointment was with the doctor, but it turned out great! He's a blessing to your staff for sure! It was nice that Dr Fishman still stopped in did a quick double check, and talked with me for a few minutes. I feel very comfortable with what we discussed & felt more positive than I had with my previous doctor. Thank you for a great exoerience

The PA came in first and explained everything on the [ ] were understood the options of care. Dr. Fishman then came in, explained further and asked if we had any questions. He was very sorrow and understanding.

I met PA Aaron for the first time. He showed me my [ ] and explained the results. It was enlightening to view what parts of my [ ] were healthy and what was not. In answer to my questions, Aaron also explained his responses well.

I saw P.A. Aaron Guest who was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and was very kind. Then, Dr. Fishman came in to see me and introduced himself and went over my diagnosis and treatment. I was able to get my PT scheduled right there. My appointment time was 1:20pm. I arrived at 12:50. I was called in at 1:15pm to see the doctor. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

All people who dealt with us were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time necessary. Particularly noted was the PA. He was gentle in dealing with analyzing my [ ], excellent at exposing my options, and patient when I was looking to have some info. repeated and further explained. He also told me to have the staff downstairs copy my [ ] so I could take them back home with me.
