I have been a patient at Bascom and Palmer for many years already. Dr. Fisher saved my sight. Dr. [ ] is another amazing clinician. As part of the Bascom Parma team. I do not deal with the regular receptionist when I call. The overall system is a nightmare. I have all the admin assistants, telephone numbers for each specialist that I see and that's who I call to schedule my appointments and handle any of my needs. Having to call the triage nurse and leave a message and pray that someone gets back to you is a whole nother story. But being a long-term patient, I've learned how to navigate through the shortfalls of a large practice that is part of a hospital. I'm very happy with the doctors that I see at Baskin Palma and Palm Beach gardens which have been my clinicians for years
