Kaelyn always makes me feel very welcome and able to discuss anything with her. I feel comfortable mentioning very embarrassing things to her and not being judged. She's so very sweet and understanding. Kaelyn gives suggestions as needed as well.

I recently had an outstanding health visit with Kaelyn Fisher, PA-C, and I can't express enough how impressed I was with her skill and expertise. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Kaelyn took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my health objectives. Her ability to communicate complex medical information in an easily understandable way was truly remarkable. Kaelyn didn’t just provide answers; she engaged me in a discussion, ensuring I understood the reasoning behind her recommendations. Her attention to detail and thoroughness in addressing all my questions demonstrated her dedication to providing the best care possible. I usually see Dr. [ ], but she was out of office. Dr. Fisher is equally as excellent. This location as a whole has the best staff. I felt heard and listened to. It's rare to find not one, but two doctors that care with staff that are kind and caring.

My son has [ ] and his care is complex. On Friday morning, I was alarmed by a [ ]. I needed advice quickly without causing more harm by traveling with him. I was able to easily reach the RN, Joy, who listened carefully to the situation and then arranged a [ ] within minutes. Ms. Fisher is not our usual provider, but she quickly went through his records, consulted our regular provider and within minutes was ready to consult and create a care plan with me. She was proactive, understanding, kind and professional. I highly recommend Ms. Fisher and the Highlands office.
