Shiba was absolutely phenomenal. Everytime I see her she greets me with a welcoming smile and makes sure everything is up to date thoroughly, she also makes my appointments less nerve wracking for me by entertaining my silly questions and jokes. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Shiba and the rest of the staff.
