My virtual appt was at 8:20 am and Dr. First called at exactly 8:20. I had a question after getting my MRI results through the patient portal and he answered my question in a very timely manner via the patient portal.

My pain issues are frightening at times. It makes life difficult. I have NEVER trusted a Dr. Nor been so calm and comfortable as I am with Dr. First!

Dr First explained everything and heard me out. He also provided me with contact information to his team directly if I had any issues in the mean time while waiting for your new spine surgeon to join the team.

Dr First gave me the name of the place to be fitted with a back brace, I made an appointment already, and am now waiting for the Clifton Park surgeon's office to make an appt with me to discuss a procedure which Dr. First feels I would be a good candidate for to aleviate the pain in my mid spine, he is an excellent dr.
