I had an appointment for 1:00 in the afternoon I checked in and 5 minutes later she brought me back into the room I explained to her I have massive wax buildup in my ears she examined them and then use a small vacuum to suck the wax out of both of my ears I've never heard better in all my life I was in and out of the office and about 20 minutes she was thorough she explained everything she did a great job I wish more doctors were like her

She’s a good doctor Karen loving the listener and she follow up with my condition and she got me to the right person and she took care of me. God I live like a lot. I really appreciate what she doing.
