The only suggestion I have is to sum up the appointment at the end, which helps me as the patient more clear on direction to take.

I can only repeat how helpful Ben has been to help me control my diabetes. He always listens to any issues I might be having. Again he is so professional, knowledgeable and personable. I really enjoy my visits with him.

Ben is very proactive when it comes to patient issues like medication changes and the hoops insurers want you to jump through.
