We are new patients, and Nurse Practitioner Alexandra Filonenko turned out to be very kind, professional, and truly attentive to her patients. She didn’t just give instructions on what to do — she explained how, why, and for what purpose, which made us feel comfortable and informed. The office atmosphere was also very pleasant and welcoming. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend her.

Alexandra Filonenko, MD made an excellent first impression at Trinity Health – Woodbourne. As a new patient (and new to the neighborhood), I came in without any referral and didn’t know what to expect, but the experience was genuinely reassuring.She took her time with me, listened to everything I said without interrupting, and never made me feel dismissed or brushed off. She was thoughtful and thorough in her questions, and her feedback on my concerns was clear and helpful. She also gave me solid advice on a few follow-up items she felt were important to address, which I really appreciated.Overall, she was professional, attentive, and comforting—exactly the kind of physician you hope to find when you’re starting fresh in a new area. I’m glad I chose her and would absolutely recommend her to others.

Alexandra is extremely thorough, possibly even to a fault. I often leave with referrals or recommendations for issues I want really concerned about. But she is concerned and makes me understand why I should be as well.
