Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everybody from the staff to doctor were very nice . Always met with a smile .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had to wait almost 40 minutes past my appointment time . I’m not really upset though , cause I rather have a doctor who does not rush thru an appointment .

Just the overall friendliness of the doctor and nurses. It usually takes me a while to be open with a doctor, but not this time.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
This was a follow-up appt to a surgery. I was back in the exam room for maybe only a total of 10 min. And a total of that was only spent about 2 min with the doctor. Super quick visit. Why then could this not be a phone call follow-up? All he did was ask how I feel. I also had to take a day off work to be there. It’s quite frustrating of all the wasted time when that question could’ve been asked over the phone.

The Dr. was very patient with my elderly Mom and worked hard to help her understand. She has dementia. I am her POA.

Dr. Fig was very polite and explained everything. Very professional.

The visit with Dr. Fig went well, Dr. Fig was very kind and explained things.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Both doctor and nurse were very down to earth and seemed to actually care about my fears and concerns. Neither seemed rushed and made sure that we knew if there were any questions or concerns they would answer them.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I feel that the time we waited was worth it after talking with them. We may have waited a little longer but it was obvious that it was due to them talking to patients like we are people, not just a paycheck

Very professional, friendly, answering all questions and concerns I had. Didn’t rush through the appointment and made me feel extremely comfortable.

Dr was very professional. He took time with me and even compared the previous CT scan results with me. One of the best doctors I’ve been to.

I felt the entire team worked well together and seemed well organized. [Staff] and Dr Figueroa were very complete in explaining my condition and instructions.

The Dr is friendly. He is very patient. He makes sure you are understanding the treatment and are included in the plan. He made sure all questions were answered. He is an excellent dr.

Both the Doctor and his nurse was outstanding and confident of our course of action. They should both be commend for their knowledge and compassion.
