The only negative was that my appointment was for 10 o’clock and I didn’t get Callback until 1030 or so. After I got in the room though things move smoothly however I don’t consider a 30 minute wait to be unacceptable. It just would’ve been nicer to get seen closer to the appointment time. Otherwise it was a great visit.

When a person has a problem scheduling them out months only makes them think that no one cares. Jennifer did not do this she gave a task to do and return in weeks.
