I drive from Frankfort New York to Clifton Park, which is about an hour and 15 minutes. I do this because I am very comfortable with William. Very easy to talk to and understanding. You can actually have a conversation with him concerning the events in your life. and he takes the time. That’s why I drive an hour and 15 minutes each way.

He is very competent; responds quickly to messages; is prompt on zoom calls and makes a patient feel listened to. He also provides info in layman’s terms and makes a patient feel comfortable with decisions made about their health.

As I age, unfortunately I will need to see my primary physician more often. I have not been this comfortable since Dr Marino Baselice retired . Glad I found Dr Bill . Nurse Kim is a Gem
