Mr. FIELDING listened to my concerns and addressed my redness on my lower calf after knee replacement surgery. His follow-up with getting an ultrasound ,bloodwork and putting me on an antibiotic was excellent. I was finally able to get my Ortho NY surgeon’s attention to my care since his PA told me that the redness was normal and to put cortisone cream on it and see my Primary Care provider!

I drive from Frankfort New York to Clifton Park, which is about an hour and 15 minutes. I do this because I am very comfortable with William. Very easy to talk to and understanding. You can actually have a conversation with him concerning the events in your life. and he takes the time. That’s why I drive an hour and 15 minutes each way.
