We occasionally leave phone messages for Dr. Ferreira.Sometimes we do not get return calls from her assistant.Perhaps they think that we're just updating them onwhat's going on.

I have no complaints with the doctor she’s great. Yesterday I was told my appointment was canceled after I was on my way a 45 minute drive. Because approval was not forthcoming coming for Botox. I schedule appointment every three months you mean to tell me it takes three months to get an approval . I was there with a friend who also gets Botox she gets approval and I don’t, Next thing I’m told they just got approval. The support team is horrible if I didn’t like the doctor as much as I do I would get a doctor closer to where I live.

The doctor is fantastic BUT the process in getting an appointment is horrible. No one seems to know what they are doing in scheduling. It makes it very difficult to see the doctor.

Have recently cancelled appt at another facility, Dr. FERRIERA answered more questions in a brief 30-minute visit than they answered in 4-5 years. Very comforting and actually looking forward to more visits w Holy Cross Phil Neuroscience facility. Had given up. Dr. Ferreira exceeded all expectations.
