I am always nervous when I meet a doctor for the first time but Dr Ferreira was great and I felt at ease very quickly. She has a great bedside manner.

Dr Ferreira was excellent. My only suggestion is that I arrived and mistakenly went to the main hospital entrance and the woman at the desk had no idea where the neuroscience building was and sent me down to the outpatient clinic - the exact opposite direction from the neuroscience center. Perhaps do a better job of orienting reception staff to locations of all departments

Dr Ferreira listened to my symptoms, did a complete neurological exam and explained the results of studies done. She is kind and caring and covered all bases answering all my quest and concerns.

She is friendly and competent. Like I mentioned before, there should be a possibility as Caretaker of my Husband to talk alone with the doctor, not in front of my Husband. He would be upset!!!

I was able to see Dr. Ferreira very quickly about a medical issue I was having. I only waited a brief time in the waiting room before I was called in. She listened to my medical issues, examined me, and gave me excellent advice and guidance.

I was most pleased with Dr Ferrira’s treatment and attention to my issue of Trigeminal neuralgia. She listened very carefully to me and gave her skilled opinion altering my prescription in the future if necessary by ordering additional meds. Was very thankfulVery thoughtful Dr ! Cared for me.
