Omg!! This is one of the best doctors I've seen ! He informed me of why I didn't really need to see him or go to the emergency room if I had another episode of heart palpitations. He didn't just say you are good to go. He basically put my mind at ease!!

Dr. Fernicola was amazing in all aspects of obtaining a second opinion. He knew my medical history, verified my past and current medications/surgeries, confirmed what I'm being told from UPMC and reached out to a colleague for a path forward. I'm so impressed that I have decided to use Johns Hopkins for my future CRT device/cardiac care.

It was my first ( self- referred) visit to a cardiologist, and Dr Fernicola was exactly the kind of doctor I hoped for. He was thorough and honest, listened carefully and did not dismiss any concern I had.His assistant, [staff], was also very professional and thorough .

Since moving to Annapolis from Kensington in 2021, Dr. Fernicola is the only medical provider I still return to in Montgomery County for care. His empathy is second to none, and his overall concern is outstanding.

Dr. Fernicola was on time. He spent time reviewing my general health and high blood pressure medication. He took his time answering my questions. Additionally, the results I put in my daily blood pressure log, he reviews periodically with his assessment. He is sensitive to my concerns about medication and explains its necessity.
