Dr. Ovalle is outstanding: highly intelligent, great breadth of knowledge, kind, caring, listens intently, and clearly explains complex concepts. Bonus: with great good humor. UAB/TKC is lucky beyond belief to have him as a leader and physician. As I have for over 2 decades, I highly recommend him to family and friends. (Speaking as retired [ ])
