I was running behind for my appointment. I called the clinic and informed a nurse who stated there is a 30 min grace period. When I arrived, within that time, I was told I had to reschedule. After waiting a little while the clinic manager said they would get me checked in and Dr. Ovalle agreed to see me. I was greateful.

They provide an excellent level of care to their patients. I trust the doctor and his staff with my serious health issues. They always take time to listen to me as well as explain to me my health issues and how to best manage those.

Dr Ovalle totally turned my diabetes around. I followed his instruction and immediately my blood sugar went and stayed in the normal range. Previous doctor’s instructions failed to help and actually kept getting worse. Dr Ovalle is the best!

From front desk to triage to inside the clinic, everyone was a 10. Kind, caring, expert. Dr. Ovalle is the best physician and in highly complex discipline. And so kind and caring. I will continue to recommend him to family and friends.
