I would also like to thank Kelsey (Dr Fernandez asst)..Kelsey had a complete calming effect on my nervous state. I had total respect for her knowledge and her passion. I believe she was the most efficient health care worker I’ve encountered.

Provided me a brochure to gain better insight on my condition as well as explained in detail the steps he would take in a treatment plan for my illness. Also gave good examples....ld

First thing Dr. Fernandez told me was that the Lymphedema Act was passed, which has been in the works for a while. I spent a lot of money on wraps and other supplies for Lymphedema treatment. Dr. Fernandez is an excellent doctor and so is Kelsey the PA they are a great team. I was happy to have this office appointment
