I really appreciate Dr Fern. He spends time with you and explains things in an easy to understand way. I am really glad he decided to relocate to the Sullivan location.

Dr. Fern is just a great human. It's more than an amazing patient relationship he established with you. You can honestly see and hear the care in his voice and listening. This man doesn't waste any time getting to the heart of the matter but he definitely makes sure you are heard and you can see him putting the pieces together as you speak. Too many doctors nowadays have a preconceived idea and it's hard to have them consider anything else. With Dr. Fern, he hears you, he lets you know what he thinks of what you said, what his other possible conclusions may be and what his plan would be to determine the best course of action. He makes certain you understand and the entire time is cheerful and genuinely happy to see you! When you have results, he calls you personally! I love that!

Dr.Fern has wonderful bedside manner, is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He makes me feel comfortable and is easy to communicate with. It’s amazing because when you find a Dr like this it makes you keep your appointments, and take better care of your yourself. No one in that office ever makes you feel rushed or anything. We’ve been seeing him for GI issues for 10+ years & I’m a forever patient!

This was the first time I had visit Dr. Fern, the first thing he did when they come in the office, shook my hand and gave me his card. He don’t find too many doctors like that and he’s also shook when I left.

I’m so blessed to have Dr. Fern. . He always listens & answers your questions, I never feel rushed, he’s always so encouraging about your medical condition but also you as a person.
