It was very difficult to get a second appointment. It involved many, many phone calls back and forth and this was also the case in the virtual consultation I had with her after my initial visit. The office seems to be very disorganized.

Dr. Shamim is an excellent doctor, but the day of the appointment she seemed to be in a rush. That's all.

I had to wait almost 45 minutes without any new information to see the provider. I wish there was a faster way to see the doctor. It also took me a while to set up the initial appointment. The doctor's office was supposed to call me back to schedule it, but they never did. So I had to follow up a couple of times for that. Thank you.

The doctor I saw, Dr. Humans, she is like the best that I've gone to a doctor in a long time. She has a lot of patience, and she listens to everything I have to say. You know, I'm a senior. g period to schedule an appointment. At the office, 10 min or less till I get called. services are fast and follow ups are a breeze.

The facility charge was astronomical and a crime for anyone to have to be billed the amount of money to be billed just to get care. It is a crime that you people bill this way for people to get care. There is a huge problem with this where you overbill because you want to try to get more money out of the insurance company because the insurance.
