Everyone is always polite and efficient, answering questions etc.
minor issue:
I have been getting multiple reminders for appointments with slightly differing times - such as 9:45 and 9:50 for the same appointment.
Bigger issue:
I also sometimes get videos to watch before appointments. They are not all closed captioned. They really should be so they are accessible for all patients.

This office used to be terrible as far as refilling prescriptions, returning phone calls, etc. But it has greatly improved over the last several months.
I was treated with respect and pleasantries from staff. And Dr. Gupta as always was thorough in exam and explanation of my issue. i would now feel comfortable recommending Silver Spring Eye.

My appointment was right after the office came back for lunch. There was hardly any wait time, which was never the case when I came later in the afternoon. The staff was courteous, as usual, and Dr. Yau was friendly and professional. Dr. Yau has been my ophthalmologist for over 10 years-I would highly recommend him and Silver Spring Eye to anyone, but especially someone with diabetes and needs expert care.

Wait was not long compared to previous appointments. Staff who assisted me (Jennifer and Cristina (Christine) were courteous and efficient. My visits with Dr. Gupta are always very good!
