The only "negative" I experienced was when calling the general number of the practice. The wait time was sometimes long and the persons answering the phone seemed distracted. (Several times, there was a lot of playful banter in the background.)

Just as Dr Alburqurqui was explaining something he was called out by a nurse which interrupted his train of thought about my case. He also did not mention that my EKG was abnormal. I have a follow up message to him to further explain my situation.
