From registration and sign in person, to the young lady that brough me back to my room, through the nurse practitioner who attended to me and assessed me during my appointment, everyone was so kind and gracious, making for a very enjoyable experience which can already be a somewhat stressful situation.

Dr Royster in breast health is AMAZING and I drive three hours because not only is she amazing but the team in the entire building is.

Everyone I've come in contact with at the Kirklin Clinic over the past few years has been polite, professional and very helpful . The patient portal works well; response time to any question or concern is usually within a day or two; sometimes quicker, which is greatly appreciated.

CRNP Felicia Royster and RN Kaye were so kind and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of what was happening and comfortable during the procedure. Everyone at UAB and Kirklin have given me the very best treatment.

I met with Felicia Royster CRNP. I have been anxious since my initial
Mammogram at Grandview. Ms. Felicia made me feel much more at ease about the situation. I have a million questions and she answered them all without making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend her and the Breast Health Clinic.

Felicia Royster is exceptional! She takes care and effort to do things right, listen to what you're saying and communicate clearly and in detail. She is very knowledgeable and instills confidence that the quality of care you receive at UAB is superb. Also Jessica was a delight and a blessing to those who may be worried as the approach their provider visit, she is also a treasure!
