Everything was extremely personal and top notch except for the girl on 5th floor that was in # 1 slot and she was very rude and abrupt - everyone else in the entire building was absolutely great 👍Hazel the girl checking me in on 3rd was awesome and Dr. Royster is always calming and professional- the whole group makes a very uncomfortable experience not so bad . I love the Kirkland Clinic for how they treat people . Thank you

Your breast health clinic is the most safe, heard, validated, and taken care of by ANY medical professional in my life. Felicia Royster and Dr [ ] are the most amazing humans I have ever met and I am so blessed to be their patient. I drive 3 hours HAPPILY to see these care team members. I feel SEEN. I sing their praises anywhere I go. 🤍

First everyone I have met through the years has been attentive, professional, and highly skilled at making the tests as comfortable as possible. I never hesitate to ask questions. I was given the opportunity to take part in a clinical trial. I've been through some problems and feel that I was given the best care and advice possible.

From registration and sign in person, to the young lady that brough me back to my room, through the nurse practitioner who attended to me and assessed me during my appointment, everyone was so kind and gracious, making for a very enjoyable experience which can already be a somewhat stressful situation.
