What else would you like to say about your experience?
I would just like to say that Dr. Feldner, his entire staff, and anyone that you ever, most of the people you come in contact with is awesome. Everyone is nice, friendly, and they treat you like a regular person. It's been so long to be able to have a health provider and not feel as if they're being rushed, feel like they're not listening. That stuff does not happen with Dr. Feldner's floor. And I just want to say I appreciate them. I'm actually going to have my spouse switch to Missouri Baptist. 10 out of 10, 100% superstar staff, and we really appreciate it.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Feldner was very attentive to my issues and ordered the required tests that I had needed and has been very responsive in the few issues that I've had and with filling out paperwork and making sure that everything was in place. I have very much appreciated switching to this doctor. His staff is very helpful and they are very prompt in getting everything that I've needed to who it needed to go to.

Everyone was very kind. I enjoyed my visit. He was to the point, didn't take a lot of time, and I will return for an appointment as he directed.

Dr. Feldner was rushing the appointment and didn't give me time to explain anything. He made me feel like an inconvenience so I will not be returning as a patient for him and I will kindly go to another doctor at BJC.

Dr. Feldner and his staff are always professional and take time to listen to your questions and explain everything. I've been going to him for over 10 years and I hope I can go another 10.

I am very pleased with Dr. William Feldner's office, even the nurses and other staff members. I don't really see much room for improvement. They're very courteous, courteous, and Dr. Feldner, he's all that I expect in a doctor. I never thought I would find a better doctor than the doctor I recently had before him, but Lord and behold, I did. Very courteous to his patients, very respectful, and I'm very pleased with that. And I will recommend him to others, and I had.

My son has special needs and is nonverbal. Dr. Feldner is very patient with him and explains everything to him as he examines him. That made my son and I feel very comfortable

Dr, Feldner and his nurse and staff go out of their way to be friendly and listen to what I need to say. I have recommended his to several people.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I felt that my recent visit did not meet the standards of a thorough medical examination. My health concerns seemed to be dismissed rather than addressed. Although the staff were friendly, I felt rushed throughout the appointment and was not given the comprehensive evaluation that I expected. It was disappointing that the doctor only briefly checked at the end without taking the time to fully understand my issues.

Dr. Feldner is the best doctor I ever see. He's so helpful always. And I'm following him actually for 20 years already. So I'm going to continue visiting Dr. Feldner.

I have been extremely excited and pleased at how much the staff and Dr. Feldner have advocated to help find answers for health issues and to make sure that I get the care that I need from specialists. Feldner is exceptional at telling me that's not his specialty, but he will help him find an answer and then following through and doing so.

Very quick response to my concerns and then xray and labs. One way home 1 hour after start of appointment time.

Dr Feldmer and his nurse made my visit all about me and my problem. I visited his office three times and the quality of care made me very comfortable.
