I’m delighted to have found Dr Fei. She is warm and engaging, professional, clearly competent ; she educated me about options . She followed up quickly on lab results.

Dr. Fei was outstanding. Empathetic listener, intelligent, articulate and explained things at the perfect level. Thorough and clearly dedicated to her patients. I feel so lucky to have her as my new doctor!

We love Dr. Fei. She is friendly, easy to talk to , listens to any concerns, includes your opinion in making decisions. The office staff and lab were very nice also.

Dr. Fei is a wonderful physician. My first visit a new patient, although it took a while to get in here, it was definitely worth the wait.
Dr. Fei made me feel comfortable my first visit, we went over my medical history and my current concerns. It was like talking to a friend, after my visit. All in all I walked out feeling someone cared about my health & well being.

I haven't had a primary care doctor for several years and finally scheduled a new patient appointment with Dr. Fei. I'm a healthy, active person focused on prevention and longevity. I'm "too healthy" for some docs to take seriously. But Dr. Fei listened to my concerns, answered my questions. She understood my priorities and will help me optimize my "back nine." The staff in her office were friendly and efficient. High marks all around.

I am very pleased with my primary care doctor, Dr. Faye, and her staff, and have never had any problems with them listening to me as I try to explain things in my own way. So I am grateful that she is there at the BJC Highland, and thankful for her patience with me, and also her patience with explaining things.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. FEI FOR 1 FULL YEAR AND SHE IS THE MOST AMAZING DOC EVER! SHE IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH ANY DOCTOR OUTSIDE OF MY OBGYN NURSE WHO REFERED ME TO HER. I AM ALWAYS COMFORTABLE, SHE LISTENS AND KNOWS HER STUFF. SHE IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND ALWAYS HAS A SOLUTION FOR HEALING. SHE NEEDS TO TEACH HER METHODS AND WE NEED MORE PRACTITIONERS LIKE HER. MANY DOCTORS DO THIS FOR MONEY SHE DEFINITELY DOES THIS FOR HEALING. SHE WILL BE AROUND FOR A LONG TIME...

Whenever I come to the facility, the doctor's offices at the Highlands, everybody is on time. I don't have to wait long which I really appreciate.
