Dr. Fei exceeded my expectations. It was my first visit with her as my primary care physician. She was thoroughly familiar with my medical history, attentive to my questions and concerns, and thorough in all her explanations and suggestions. I felt fully included in the discussion about my health and health care. I could not have wished for a better physician.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The doctor spent less than 8 minutes in the room with me. I am very healthy, so there was not a lot to discuss on a first visit. But I am a longtime BJC patient and she did not really spend any time looking through my records and asking follow-up questions on prior conditions. The visit didnāt feel rushed, but it also didnāt feel comprehensive.

Both Doctor and tech showed me patience and care. I love how my Dr. listens to my concerns and explains In detail answers to my questions.

This was my first time in the office and when I tell you from the front desk, to the lady that took my vitals, to Dr. Fei was amazing. I would definitely recommend this Dr. office.
