I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. FEI FOR 1 FULL YEAR AND SHE IS THE MOST AMAZING DOC EVER! SHE IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH ANY DOCTOR OUTSIDE OF MY OBGYN NURSE WHO REFERED ME TO HER. I AM ALWAYS COMFORTABLE, SHE LISTENS AND KNOWS HER STUFF. SHE IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND ALWAYS HAS A SOLUTION FOR HEALING. SHE NEEDS TO TEACH HER METHODS AND WE NEED MORE PRACTITIONERS LIKE HER. MANY DOCTORS DO THIS FOR MONEY SHE DEFINITELY DOES THIS FOR HEALING. SHE WILL BE AROUND FOR A LONG TIME...

Whenever I come to the facility, the doctor's offices at the Highlands, everybody is on time. I don't have to wait long which I really appreciate.

Dr. Fei is incredible. First Doctor in my life to listen, explain, communicate clearly, and seek mutual understanding. I can’t recommend her enough! She’s so smart and explained the science behind everything to me in a way that really helped me understand.

First time visit with Dr. Fei. She took her time and has a great manner. Very impressed and happy with the office visit.

Dr. Fei is warm, very intelligent and articulate. I think she's great.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
More time. Most of my concerns were addressed, but Dr. Fei said the visit was limited to 15 minutes, so that she couldn't address my need to have earwax removed.

Dr. Fei delved into my primary issue to an amazing extent, and recommended the next steps to take. We did spend the majority of our time on this topic.

Dr. Fei's intelligence is as impressive as her knowledge of medicine, which she applies with ease and clarity. I was completely comfortable for the duration of the visit.

All my interactions were extremely positive, everyone was helpful and friendly.

Nothing, in my opinion. I had a very pleasant experience and found everyone seemed to be in a great mood. This was my first visit with Dr. Fei and couldn't be more pleased with my choice. She's a peach!

Dr. Fei exceeded my expectations. It was my first visit with her as my primary care physician. She was thoroughly familiar with my medical history, attentive to my questions and concerns, and thorough in all her explanations and suggestions. I felt fully included in the discussion about my health and health care. I could not have wished for a better physician.
