He is so nice, doesn't rush through appointments and really listens to your questions/concerns and addresses them with you. He offers suggestions on treatments that are available and if you decline he doesn't push the issue. He also has great 'bedside manner' and is very conversational and jokes with you and makes you feel comfortable.
