Bianca is a very professional, loving and caring provider. She attended my needs like if I was family I called and I got her on the phone exactly when I needed her. I wish we had more providers like Bianca.

Bianca is very knowledgable, confident, and kind. She answers all questions, no matter how trivial. She has a firm but gentle touch whether it's removing stitches or moving my shoulder.

Bianca listens carefully, picks up on any concerns or insecurities I have, answers my questions, is friendly and encouraging. She thoroughly explains the X-rays that were taken. I always leave determined to do better on my exercises and reassured that things are continuing to improve.

She is very personable. I like that she reviews x-rays with the surgeon before coming in to see me. I never feel that I only got to see someone "less than" when I see her. I also feel more free to contact her with questions on My Loyola, and she gets back to me quickly. I would not feel as free to bother the surgeon with questions that may prove to be unimportant.
