Bianca listens carefully, picks up on any concerns or insecurities I have, answers my questions, is friendly and encouraging. She thoroughly explains the X-rays that were taken. I always leave determined to do better on my exercises and reassured that things are continuing to improve.

She is very personable. I like that she reviews x-rays with the surgeon before coming in to see me. I never feel that I only got to see someone "less than" when I see her. I also feel more free to contact her with questions on My Loyola, and she gets back to me quickly. I would not feel as free to bother the surgeon with questions that may prove to be unimportant.
