She is very personable. I like that she reviews x-rays with the surgeon before coming in to see me. I never feel that I only got to see someone "less than" when I see her. I also feel more free to contact her with questions on My Loyola, and she gets back to me quickly. I would not feel as free to bother the surgeon with questions that may prove to be unimportant.

Ultimately the care was great but I could have been given a little more time with the doctor and it was difficult to get in touch with a nurse or doctor when questions arose while I was at home
