What else would you like to say about your experience?
When I arrived there, I didn't have to wait long. They immediately waited on me and the practitioner immediately came in the room. They explained who they are and what they did and they explained to me clearly on what I needed to do. I felt very secure and confident and looked forward to what I came there for for my health to really get better and it did. I appreciate the time. I appreciate the sensitivity and empathy and the compassion and care that they gave me. So that's what I really enjoyed.

This is the best urgent care facility I have EVER been to. Very professional, very kind, thoughtful and caring.
A family member told me about this place I did not know it existed. So happy you guys are here in our community! I will tell all my friends I highly recommend this facility!

Keep the gd work up,the staff works really hard to make sure that each patient is taking care with the utmost respect, and they do their job very well

The physician assistant was remarkable. I cannot thank her enough. It was an odd diagnosis for someone my daughter's age and she was extremely thorough speaking to where I could understand everything and my eight-year-old daughter understood everything almost better than I did. So I just want to give a big shout out. We ended up at BJC by accident and we will definitely be returning because you caught a lot of things that the previous urgent care we visited a week prior didn't bother to check. So yeah, extreme gratitude. So we appreciate it.

Dr. FAIT was exceptional in her explanations and care treatment. She gave me the same respect and concern for my well-being and health as my primary care physician.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
The PA who attended to me was highly professional and respectful. She performed several tests and examinations to determine the best care. She very thoroughly explained treatment options. Together we agreed upon the best plan of treatment and she explained all the details in an easy to understand manner. I have total trust in her care.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I appreciated very much the concern of the NP Fazillah Faiz had of my infection. She also explained the importance of staying on top of this kind of infection and gave follow up instructions clearly.
