Awesome team here, the doctor was clear, and direct. She answered all my questions with compassion and concern. Diagnosed the problem perfect and prescribed exactly what I needed.

All the staff were super sweet and caring! Amazing care and they had patience with my son while running tests on him. Did not dismiss any of our concerns and did not stop until we found a resolution to what may be making my son sick.

Everyone that I encountered during my visit was awesome. I received the best care that I’ve ever received at an urgent care facility. I felt like they listen to me, had my best interest at heart and really cared to take care of me.

All staff, very efficient, and professional. Caring, concerned and dedicated to their work. It was an unexpected pleasure to receive care from these professionals, during a trying, and sick time for me. It was my first experience with BJC Convenient Care.

PA Fazilliah was very professional as well as knowledgeable in our visit for Covid to the extent that I couldn’t have a drug that would help me treat my symptoms because of another drug I was taking. She displayed the knowledge of a Doctor in discussing my condition. If a Doctor is her ambition, I wish her well! Thank you!

The PA took her time with my daughter even though we were only there for a strep test. When my daughter told the PA that her stomach was hurt and showed her where, the PA did not hesitate to exam her to ensure nothing else was happening in addition to strep.

I was so happy to schedule a same day appointment the day after Thanksgiving with this clinic. All the staff worked exceptionally well together. I was very impressed my P.A.FAZILLA- SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!! Very friendly, gentle, caring and FANTASTIC LISTENING SKILLS. I was over the world happy with my care at the Convenience Care Center that day.
