Doc sarkis and Emma are very attentive and really try to help. And triage nurse I believe Angela was very nice and made sure she sanitized her hands.

Dr Sarkis and his NP Richard have been great! They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. They are both friendly and professional. Would recommend them to my family and friends!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Was very knowledgeable of the procedures I needed. I recently relocated to AL and he was the first dr that knew what I needed. Would recommend 💯 percent!

From the smiling front desk,to intake and meeting Emma and Dr. Sarkis, everyone was extremely nice. Both Emma and Dr. Sarkis listened and explained things well. My only complaint is your parking deck! You have got to correct how 3 cars try to converge in and out one way. That was the only reason for anxiety for my visit-not knowing how long it would take to get in and find parking.

Expected better from UAB.
Provider treated me in a passive-aggressive manner, did not address my symptoms, summarily dismissed a previous & unrelated diagnosis w/o basis, did no testing & rushed me out after telling me to "just power through."

It is always a positive experience at UAB GI clinic; staff and providers listen to my concerns and are responsive to my needs. They're available outside appointment times through the portal and answer promptly. I have utmost confidence in their experience and advice and feel that they genuinely care about my health.

I thought that nurse practioner was very acknowledged on her job. The doctor was nice and humble and he explained everything that I needed to know. Everyone was so friendly and nice.

Doctor provided medication but didn't care about underlying issue. Didn't listen to details and blew me off basically saying "live with it."
