For once I didn't feel rushed or that I had a limit on my time spent with the doctor. That has not usually been the case with other doctors at HUMC as well as Englewood Health practitioners I have seen. Please be aware of the fact that severely limited (10 minutes) times are unsatisfactory and trying for patients!!!!

Dr. Woomer was extremely considerate of me regarding my back issues and offered to even help me get up from the table. She seems to be a very compassionate person and quite, how can I put it? She's very, very warm. She's a very, very warm person. First time I've met her and I definitely would go back to her. Okay, that's it. Thank you.

Staff members called my emergency contact after not being able to contact me for an earlier appointment....how did they know I wanted my emergency contact to know I had an appt. I was not asked for an update on my contact information for a better way to contact me in the future if it happens again. Unacceptable.

Dr. Woomer was very warm, understanding, and she offered some very good advice on how I could relieve the pain level that I was experiencing with my I enjoyed meeting her and if I have to ever see her again, I definitely wouldn't mind doing so. She has a very warm and understanding personality.

Dr. Woomer is one of the best physicians I've gone to in your system. She is thorough. She is professional. She's compassionate. She's knowledgeable. She makes sure she investigates the things that are unclear in the history and adds to it. She took care of my needs. And not only do I love her so much, I immediately recommended her to at least three other people. That being said, I think she is a phenomenal addition to your staff. Keep her happy, pat her on the back. The only question I had was, I wish your system would link up the insurances. I've been to every office and I keep getting asked about my insurance coverage.
