I did not meet the provider directly, I left before he came into the room. It was the physician student this review is based on. But with the assumption the student would give the doctor his own opinion, I felt I was in a losing battle to get the help needed.

Very THANKFUL I was able to get the cortisone shot I had been waiting WEEKS to get from another provider.

I had symptoms that caused the doctor to have me get a chest X-ray and also to get an iron infusion on Monday next. I saw the lab result which showed my iron was .3 but on Mon the infusion nurse at the hospital said I was done after 20 mins when the normal takes 90 mins. No follow up has occurred and I have caught Covid since but calls to that office tell me to drink lots of fluid and take over the counter meds to address the symptoms. Seems to be working but having just left the hospital at least a follow-up call should have been made.

I was seen by a resident who presented himself without a badge or visa or ID. Id have preferred Dr. Fauna to introduce Resident Daniel Lewis as by appearances, the resident looked as if he came from the street. Awkward and uncomfortable.

I have issues with my shoulder and it was very painful. He gave me a shot to ease the pain until I can see my referral to get this thing taken care of.

I am very pleased with the care, knowledge and professionalism provided to me by Dr. Gregory Faughnan, MD. He took ample time to discuss my current state of health (a good report) and asked me several times if I had any questions or wanted to discuss any concerns or issues regarding my health. He's very down to earth and one is able to see that he cares about his patients and enjoys his work. I was also very impressed by the intake nurse, Kelsey: Very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
