Dr. Akter was very professional, yet very friendly. She explained each procedure during the eye exam. I appreciated her attention to detail . I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Very knowledgeable about my eye condition (keratoconus) and very helpful in making decision regarding contact lenses. Spent a lot of time listening to me and providing me with information.

She is very knowledgeable and thoroughal. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions and seemed very interested and concerned with my care. She offered suggestions and solutions when I told her I wasn't liking wearing my glasses.

Her frustration with me was obvious, which made me extremely uncomfortable and while I was doing my best to comply, I started having a panic attack. Perhaps this is not something she's had to deal with before. I'm not sure, but it made my experience uncomfortable
