Dr. Akter was very professional, yet very friendly. She explained each procedure during the eye exam. I appreciated her attention to detail . I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Very knowledgeable about my eye condition (keratoconus) and very helpful in making decision regarding contact lenses. Spent a lot of time listening to me and providing me with information.

She is very knowledgeable and thoroughal. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions and seemed very interested and concerned with my care. She offered suggestions and solutions when I told her I wasn't liking wearing my glasses.

Her frustration with me was obvious, which made me extremely uncomfortable and while I was doing my best to comply, I started having a panic attack. Perhaps this is not something she's had to deal with before. I'm not sure, but it made my experience uncomfortable

She was very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable! I also enjoyed working with the girl looking for new glasses. She was very good about finding things that looked better on me than others and very honest your opinions. She also explained why some looked better, and some didn’t just fit! I will be back at a later time to pick out glasses even though I know I can find them much cheaper at Costco!
