Again, Dr. Farry and the nurse were very nice. That is not the concern. However when your new patient is an 82 year old woman with healthcare issues,, it would seem that some time would be spent touching base beyond simply asking if she had any concerns. Plus, shouldn't someone there have realized she needed bloodwork and mentioned it?

My experience with Dr Farrry-Leggerio was great. The only issue I had was that after receiving email to check in electronically - which I did. I was asked the same questions when I checked in at the desk. Then was asked to fill out a 3 page form with questions that I answered electronically. The person at check in said she can't see what I submitted electronically so that's why I had to fill out the form. Also, I spoke to the nurse and doctor as I had submitted information and a question almost 2 weeks earlier and never received a response. The question had to do about fasting prior to the visit in case blood work was needed. I never received a response.

This provider (Dr) seemed very knowledgeable; I just hope she stills works here when I come back for my next visit. It seems that St. Joe's has a high turnover in employees.

Had to prediagnos COVID or RSV just because I had a runny nose. What happened to just having a plain old cold anymore, or seasonal allergies for that matter.

Dr. Farry was the 1st doctor, since 2007, to listen to, and understand that i did not have an adverse reaction to a tetanus booster.
