Again, Dr. Farry and the nurse were very nice. That is not the concern. However when your new patient is an 82 year old woman with healthcare issues,, it would seem that some time would be spent touching base beyond simply asking if she had any concerns. Plus, shouldn't someone there have realized she needed bloodwork and mentioned it?
