A rarity in healthcare. He didn’t rush the visit and he listened to my concerns and explained what happens with high cholesterol.

I think Dr Farrand does a good job. He was able to see me fairly quickly. He takes a good approach to treating looking at this thing from a lot of good angles. Finally his bedside manner is good I am much more confident now that I could determine the difference between an emergency and just regular pain.

Although I had not met Dr. Farrand, he immediately put me at ease. He made good eye contact and actively listened to my concerns. He gave thoughtful answers to my questions, even drawing diagrams to assist in his explanations.

I left [other local practice] as their system is broken. Dr. Farand is respectful, caring, a great listener, knowledgeable and accessible. He never rushes me. He refers me to the best specialists.
