Dr Farr was very patient and helpful. I understand that medical staff continue to wear masks during appointments but the mask makes hearing the provider clearly very difficult. If providers continue to insist on wearing masks they have to work much harder to speak loudly and clearly because the mask makes everything sound muffled.
