He truly listened and ensure our communication was clear and complete. Had no problem with our request that our daughter (a surgeon in another state) join in our discussion via telephone. All of us felt really good about this, the best I've felt since my March 6 Er visit and subsequent referrals in Kalamazoo. Like a weight is off my shoulders. I may prefer to be in a medically different situation for myself but Dr. Farooq makes me feel like I have a great member on my health team and I have confidence in where we are going.

I am hard of hearing, so it was sometimes difficult to understand Dr. Farooq, but he was very good about repeating for me.

Suffice it to say, I was very, very satisfied with my experience. Jokingly, I left him with a "I hope to never you him again!" rejoinder only because I'd be hospitalized for a second lacunar infarct. One's enough!

I wouldn’t know what to do without them. They help with when you’re sick and everything like that but they also make sure you’re OK emotionally and mentally with things.
