Everyone I met at the Pulmonary Treatment facility was ultra-professional and sincerely caring. We (my wife was with me) were both extremely impressed and thankful to Dr. Lovely, to her medical assistant, and to the desk receptionist. One very impressive circumstance was that it was apparent that Dr. Lovely had carefully familiarized herself with my medical situation prior to meeting with me. She knew exactly what I have been experiencing and she knew exactly why I was there. And she did not rush us. She answered every question we asked and offered sound analysis and advice. I trusted her explicitly. We believe we were extremely fortunate to have her as our medical professional.

Dr Lovely is a kind, brilliant dr who I actually trust with my health. She is knowledgeable about rare lung conditions. She is also realistic about treatments and expected outcomes. I had acute respiratory failure a year ago, was hospitalized and very sick. I am so much better thanks to her care. Her dedication shows in her participation in clinical trials and her work to get Renown pulmonary a partner with Stanford. She truly is an asset to Renown and the community.

She wanted to try me on a new medication that I'm considering and I'm having to do three more sputum samples and she gave me some antibiotics, which is what I really wanted. Anyway, she's a very competent doctor, Dr. Lovely.

From the moment I walked into that office as a new office, I was greeted professionally by the front desk staff. And when I was taken back into the room by Annabelle, she was absolutely great. She was courteous. She was professional. And she explained everything for me, as did Dr. Lovely. And I'm sorry I did not get the front desk girl's name. She was just wonderful. And I was very pleased with my experience at this office.

Dr. Lovely is always very considerate of my health and my basically treatment options and doesn't push medicines on me, especially the new medicines, because they all impact quality of life. And that's one of the most important things to me is continuing good quality of life without additional meds. Thank you. Bye.

The doctor was extremely good. She had already reviewed my file prior to coming in and seeing me. I would highly recommend Dr. Lovely. I think she is outstanding, excellent. I can't say enough nice things about her.

Two technicians worked on my echo scan both were very good and explained everything. They were both also kind and helpful as I have mobility issues.

Dr. Lovely explained my health problems and answered our questions. She spent the time with us that we needed. I am glad she is my pulmonologist and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and actually called a cardio specialist to discuss my VERY complex case to get info, a referral and test that the specialist wanted ordered before I have my appointment with them. I will as impressed with the detail and care she provided. :)

Everything was excellent, everybody was very friendly, everybody was very knowledgeable, and everybody was very concerned about my situation, and also cognizant of the time of the appointment, and not making the patient wait too long for service. Dr. Lovely was, as her name states, very lovely. I was very impressed with her and I'm glad to have her now as my physician there. The only problem I have with the clinic is their appointments. I was told to get one again and when I tried to get one, they couldn't schedule an appointment at the time so they told me to call back. When I called back, they couldn't give me one for five months. But apparently there's a secret one there that the guy didn't know and he told me not until May but they need to get some clarification in there so you don't be frustrated and angry. And that's it. But I really like Dr. Lovely.
