Nicole knows my medical history. She answers, in plain English, any medical questions I might have.

I’m comfortable with her and trust her judgment. I like the fact that I can make an appointment to see her in a day or two if needed , as opposed to a week or more.

I felt extremely rushed like what I was there for didn’t matter. And when the MA came in to do the culture she acted like it was an inconvenience for her.

Such a nice person. Very good listener. Always positive and bubbly. Someone who can make you smile even when you’re not feeling well. Answers all my questions. She’s the best. Has a great nurse as well!

I have had many good experiences with this location. Nicole has been the most compassionate and knowledgeable person I've come into contact with. She explores tough topics with no shame and is willing to problem-solve with you, not lecture you.

I would have no reservations about seeing Nicole on future visits. She knows me and my medical issues. I would recommend her to others but rarely does anybody ask that kind of referral.

I think my initial comment speak for themselves. It really was a breakdown across multiple levels that gave me a terrible experience and is making me severely question why I'm going to this clinic in the first place. I have many other options and I am going to start looking at those at this time.

I left in so much pain and the swelling was getting worse by the minute. By noon when I got my prescription it had tripled. And the pain doubled

There was confusion as to why Nicole wanted me to come to the office. I was expecting to see someone for my depression at the office - only to be told that was not going to happen on the 9/23/25 visit. I hated the time that I selected (6:45 am) - but thinking I was going to see someone for my depression - I stuck it out; however, after all was said and done, this 9/23/25 office visit was a complete waste of time. I just had an expectation that was not met and as a result, I left the office not happy. I will now wait to see Paul, physician assistant, regarding my sleep issues - if I still have this problem when he returns to work.
