Better exiting procedures for staff to follow. Although desk staff appeared engaged with phone callers, I waited at the desk for several minutes before someone acknowledged me to make a follow-up appt.

Due to your "short hand" of Personnel at Dedicated Med. Ctr. at Lee Rd. Orlando, fL and also I was treated "much better" previously when there was enough staff. Even the Doctor was Friendlier I use to be able to call him Direct. If thus doesn't "change. I will definitely look elsewhere!

I have not been to Dedicated and not felt at home. The staff at the front desk know me and always treat me with respect.

Used to be when you came in everybody made you feel welcome. It’s not happening anymore. The doctor and the nurses make you feel welcome, but the front staff does not. I sat waiting for my ride to come and people were coming and going finally I got up and said I’m still waiting for a ride. I was starting to get a hunger, headache, and there was nothing to eat or snack on so that was an issue for me the next time I know I will bring my lunch with me. When I told my sister how I didn’t feel welcomed in the office anymore, she said the same thing for her. She wasn’t feeling welcome like it used to be. Apparently, they’re doing something new where they have premade bags of something. I don’t know what in them, but only certain people get them, but maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to be. I have to say I felt uncomfortable when I went in before the doctor called me back and I felt uncomfortable as I waited for the car to come pick me up just saying 🤔

The Dr. Needs to have a little better bedside manor when they interact with the patient. Seems like they are rushing, also Be more personable make eye contact. Also be more efficient with the referrals!!!
