Kiley is always wonderful and professional making me feel very calm during appointments and I usually have anxiety when it comes to health appointments in general. This is the reason I specifically choose this office and keep returning. It’s a bit of a far drive for me and there are definitely closer offices that I could switch to a different healthcare provider, but Kiley is the shining star that led to my decision to remain going to this office specifically.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. It was a wonderful appointment. The offices are clean, I was seen in a timely manner, and the entire staff is very friendly while still remaining professional. I have never once had an issue or complaint about attending visits at this location.

The whole staff and the doctor i would not change my doctor for any other doctor she has been with us from day one and I can’t even imagine not having her as doctor

They are doing great now I don’t think they have to change when I have a doctor appointment with her I can’t wait to get there

Dr Kiley not only listens, she helps without sending me to another specialist!. I just feel like my health has gotten better since seeing her. I am soooooooo thankful for her. I hope I never have to change doctors again!

Actually, enjoy going to the doctor at this office. Dr. Farris is very thorough, and pays attention to detail. She also does not spend time on issues that are not why I am there. She does check everything out. But we concentrate on the issues that I am there for.
