Dr. Fahad was great and I'm sorry I entered the wrong response because actually it was not done virtually. It was done in person. So I had problems with the phone when entering the response. But nonetheless, Dr. Fahadis great. I hope I can continue to have him as my urologist and I will continue with the follow-up visits with him. Again, thank you for all your help. Thank you to Dr. Fahad for being so informative and also so concerning. Again, we appreciate people like him. Thank you. Happy holidays. Bye-bye.

The visit with Dr. Sheckley was great. He gave me a prescription for Clomid and it's been over a week and my wife and I have been calling the insurance companies, different pharmacies. We've called the doctor's office, impossible to get through to the doctor's office so they can send the correct prescription. It's now Monday. Dr. Sheckley wanted me to start the prescription on Thursday. Still impossible to get it. I don't know what's going on with the prescription. Doctor's office is just very unhelpful. Spoke to the insurance company multiple times and they said the doctor needs to call us. They haven't. Very, very frustrating. But the overall visit was great.

I think doctors should pay more attention to patients, reduce waiting times, and, above all, be more considerate of the people who feed them when putting their food on the table. And especially the staff at the front. They should be much more manageable.
