Dr. Fahad is a caring professional doctor very attentive and understanding he is also friendly and respectful. Dr. Fahad was great and I'm sorry I entered the wrong response because actually it was not done virtually. It was done in person. So I had problems with the phone when entering the response. But nonetheless, Dr. Fahadis great. I hope I can continue to have him as my urologist and I will continue with the follow-up visits with him. Again, thank you for all your help. Thank you to Dr. Fahad for being so informative and also so concerning. Again, we appreciate people like him. Thank you. Happy holidays. Bye-bye.

The visit with Dr. Sheckley was great. He gave me a prescription for Clomid and it's been over a week and my wife and I have been calling the insurance companies, different pharmacies. We've called the doctor's office, impossible to get through to the doctor's office so they can send the correct prescription. It's now Monday. Dr. Sheckley wanted me to start the prescription on Thursday. Still impossible to get it. I don't know what's going on with the prescription. Doctor's office is just very unhelpful. Spoke to the insurance company multiple times and they said the doctor needs to call us. They haven't. Very, very frustrating. But the overall visit was great.

I think doctors should pay more attention to patients, reduce waiting times, and, above all, be more considerate of the people who feed them when putting their food on the table. And especially the staff at the front. They should be much more manageable.

Well, I was well attended to. The doctor was very good at explaining everything to me. He didn't schedule an appointment because he was going to repeat an exam for me, and I really liked the doctor. They gave me an interpreter since I don't speak English. Well, the care was very good and fast.

Yeah, the doctor looked like a being very in a hurry. Usually when I speak, actually he's not letting me finish what I have to say. And he's very knowledgeable, but the only thing he looked like he wanted to go fast, finish the interview.

The doctor is great, I have not complaint about he or his assistants BUT to obtain an appointment with the specialist he referred me was a living nightmare and I will see the other doctor which I was referred to in another hospital. I will keep this doctor , he is good, courteous and professional

I've had an ongoing problem for more than six months and have seen many doctors. And I felt that Dr. Sheckley did not listen to me and did not provide any new insight and did not take my concerns seriously.
