Dr Farooq took the time to thoroughly go over my concerns regarding my condition.

Dr Farooq is likely being placed in an uncomfortable position. I am assuming the practice manager is responsible for the staff and the workflows and supervision. On the day that I was there, there was lack thereof. I will say, there was one kind and friendly person, and she was the MA. So this is t about Dr Farooq, it’s about the staff and their not caring at all to at least make the pt expats good as they can in bad situations for patient experiences. I won’t be coming back here for care. And my insurance should not have to pay for this visit.

He doesn’t look at his watch or stand by the door. He sits. He listens. He explains. He helps me. And, he smiles. How many drs. Do you see smile? Me either! He acknowledges my husband. He knows his name! You don’t see that anymore. I was afraid this appointment, he calmed me down. Treats me like a person, not an old woman. He should give classes on how to treat patients. Drs. nowadays could learn a thing or two from him. I’m serious! I only wish he was more available if I get sick. Because I trust him.
