The staff at Dr. Eugene’s office is superb. They are always welcoming and friendly. The medical staff are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, they listen with care and show genuine concern for my well being.

Dr Eugene and her entire staff are fantastic. Starting at check in everyone worked together to get me in and answered all my questions. Dr Eugene covered all problems. She puts me at ease with her and my concerns. So easy to speak to because she listens. So grateful she is my doctor.

I had a lot to discuss and she took the time to talk to me even though I know she is busy. We went over several things. She really listens to what you say and she talks in a normal language when I know she is very intelligent. She is always cheerful and makes me feel better. Everytime I mention a nee problem, she knows exactly what I m talking about. She tells me what it is and how it happens. I appreciate that. She always offers referrals or suggestions for me on what to do. I consider myself an intelligent person but I am not medically knowledgeable. I feel safe and confident to tell her what is going on. I feel she is an excellent Dr because she is not only knowledgeable but has a great bedside manner.

I just started seeing Dr. EUGENE a little over a month ago and in that small amount of time she has made a huge wonderful difference in my health care. She is professional yet has a great bed side manner she listens to me and makes sure I’m heard not rushed out. I feel she truly cares about my health. Thank you Dr Jean, you gave me faith back into the medical system again. She is a real keeper!!!

I finally was able to send a message for Dr Eugene eyes only and immediately she took action and helped me until she was able to see me. Immediately Dr Eugene messaged me back and told me things I could do until she got me in to see her.

Dr. Eugene is in my opinion the best medical doctor in the Medical arts clinic. She is through, kind and understanding. She took time looking for an older pulmonologist with experience in severe asthma, made a referral to Washington university, and ordered a CT of my lungs to see if any structural damage had occurred from the pulmonary embolisms. She also referred me for a torn rotator cuff.

I am hard of hearing. Dr Eugene spoke to where I could understand her clearly without shouting and was courteous and mindful of this. She addressed each question quickly but throughly.

She’s a very good doctor. Talks to you like a person not down to you. She is very nice and listens to you and your concerns. I recommend her to all my friends and family. So glad I have her as my primary doctor.
