My primary Doctor Reshma Eugene, She listens to what I have to say and explains it so I can understand it. She is very professional and respectful. I am very happy with her.

Dr. Eugene always goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and validated. She includes you in decisions about your treatment and gives you options leaving the final decision to you. She’s always very courteous and respectful and caring.

There’s nothing I could think of that would improve the visit with Dr. Eugene and her staff. They are excellent at what they do.

Dr. Eugene is very personable and answered all my questions. She did seem to be in a hurry a bit, but I understand because there are so many patients to be seen.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Perhaps Dr. Eugene could just sit down and talk for a minute before getting on the computer to record everything. I don’t see this as a fault because she is capturing information. But it made me feel like I was keeping her from moving on.

Dr. Eugene was very attentive, kind, smart, answered all of my questions. Ordered my bloodwork and was quick to respond with the results. It’s always hard going to a new provider but she was awesome.

Dr Eugene is always fantastic. She is very caring and listens to all of your concerns. She is easy to talk to and discusses all options for meds, tests and refusals before a decision is made.
