Dr Chio listened to your concerns. He carefully explained everything in a way you understand. He took the time to answer all your questions and made sure you understood what was going on with your health. Very friendly, respectful and kind. Dr. Choi made you feel at ease and he cares about his patients.

The doctor was a little delayed calling for my e-visit but the staff called me to let what was going on and the doctor would be with me shortly. They did not leave me waiting with no explanation. I appreciated that!

Wheelchair access would be helpful, because there is a lot of walking to do in some of the buildings.

The staff went above and beyond to help me coordinate appointment with the available ambulance transportation as well as treated my dad with kindness, patience helping him move past his anxiety issues to provide him with the care he needed for a successful appointment.
