He is a extraordinary doctor. He provided insight into the side effects if certain medications that other doctors had not warned me about. Extremely thorough. Very kind. An absolute pleasure to be treated by him.

Michael [ ] at check in was amazing! I arrived on the wrong day, and he was able to get all of my pre op appointments rescheduled so seamlessly and he was so nice and helpful and EFFECTIVE! I just want to give him a shout out, and it wasn’t just with me, he was that way with everyone I saw him interact with, too.

HSS has a deep-seated culture of respect for and courtesy toward patients. Every single person I have ever encountered at HSS (and this is my fourth surgery!) shares that culture.

Dr EUGENE was awesome explaining the process and reasons for stoping medicines and supplements…prior to the surgery.

I did not feel rushed and the entire staff was on time and courteous. HSS is a wonderful hospital and rehab facility.

Dr Medvedev, was very pleasant and understanding and went over all my concerns. He made me feel very at ease and told if I thought of any questions after I left to please call. I thought he was very professional and also very compassionate.

Dr. Medvedev is an excellent communicator, with positive professional approach. I would not hesitate to recommend him to those I care about. Many thanks to him and to the nurse Gaby, who did the initial check-in, to whom I would also give the highest rating.

My HSS experience was amazing and lived up to its reputation and to my expectations. Dr. Medvedev was personable and professional who listened to my nervous chatter and even scheduled a special blood clot exam after he examined me. That said, every interaction at HSS from reception to medical staff was outstanding. It helped to make a stressful situation more comfortable. I look forward to a similar experience with my hip replacement surgery next week. Thank you, everyone at HSS!
