Not sure she has been able to "listen" to me. When I provide information it seems she doesn't hear me or the details.

This doctor needs to be retrained in elder care. She made assumptions about my ability to communicate and understand information before getting to know me. The doctor kept reciting what seemed like a script about prescribing narcotics instead of answering my questions. She continued to suggest physical therapy after I told her it wasn't an option. I did not feel heard or respected.
