What else would you like to say about your experience?
All the people from the front desk to the NP to the people who take the blood - all very nice, personable, friendly people. I can see that Jillian and I will get along just fine. She listens to me as attentively, especially since at my age things just don't follow exactly medical textbook paradigms all the time any more.

Jillian was very thoughtful took the time to explain my health issues with me and formulate a plan for my overall care. She explained things That was never explained to me before she is an excellent care practitioner.

My experience going there very friendly clean very professional and I noticed my health has been getting better since I've been going there I'm losing weight but tests are coming back better

My NP, Jillian Ethridge Brown, is amazing. She sees my issues and gives me hope to get better even when I don’t see it myself. She helps me make sense of my symptoms and draw up a plan to get me better. Grateful she’s in your network. She really deserves a raise!

Nurse practitioner Jillian showed an amount of care and understanding that I haven't seen from a health care provider in a very long time. Jillian expressed an unexpected amount or care.

Jillian Nicole Ethridge-Brown is an excellent medical provider. She addressed my health issues & concerns immediately & has me feeling better & actually healthier in 7 months under her care, than I've had after several years with a previous provider. Jillian is kind & professional & respectful by truly listening to my opinion of what I feel is going on with my body & having two-way conversations, not just telling me what to do. She is great & I brag about her & recommend her every chance I get.

Not a thing, it's actually a pleasant experience, not a dreaded confrontation.

Dr Brown spent a lot of time reviewing recent surgery and on going issues with troubling restless leg syndrome.

Jennifer Etheridge was really informative and left no questions unanswered. She really impressed me.

Both Dr. and nurse were very helpful, I had to get bloodwork and the nurse was very sweet! Also the Dr. gave me a lot of possible explanations and helpful tools for what I had going on which I appreciate.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
If I could have been told like what exactly was going to happen before it happened and what it entails it would’ve been nice, I had to get an ECG which I’ve never done before but it wasn’t really explained beforehand. Other than that they did great and it was a good doctors visit.
