Dr. Brown is awesome she listens she understands my needs, I could not have found a better doctor. Sometimes I think she’s my therapist my doctor, my all over health. Just an awesome person. Thank you for all you do.

Every time I go to the doctor at this office they are very courteous and they do an excellent job. I love going there for all my appointments.

Great experience! She found the solution in March to a condition I’ve fought for >8 years and it was a rare medication side effect. I’d seen 9 other providers over the last 8 years about this and she identified it within 20 minutes of meeting me. I’m now 5 months infection free and it’s been life changing.

I love Jillian! She is the best! Such a warm, thoughtful, caring, sincere and such a good listener! I hope to never change to a different provider so I think she has to stay with BJC!
I went to get a blood draw in Arnold and the lady that checked me in asked me what I thought of Jillian, I told her I absolutely think the world of her and she said that is what everyone says that comes in there from her office!
My sister, my daughter, my husband we all go to her and we all appreciate her so much!

Jillian was very attentive. She listened to all my concerns. She addressed them. We came up with a plan and we scheduled a way to follow up so we can monitor my progress. I just think she's a wonderful provider.

Jill Ethridge-Brown is an EXCEPTIONAL healthcare provider! On a scale of 0-5, she is a 10. Caring, understanding, determined to find the cause of problems, she makes me feel valued as a patient and human being, even though I am 99 years old! She is a tremendous asset to the BJC HealthCare system.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Jillian Ethridge Brown was so amazing. She explained all the questions I had in terms I understood and was extremely patient and compassionate with my medical concerns. I felt very comfortable talking with her and feel this is a good provider fit for me. The staff was very helpful and courteous and friendly.

First time meeting Jill and medical assistants. Everyone was very nice , up to date with my medical issues. I appreciated that I did not feel like I was starting over but continuing my
Care from previous provider. Consistency is important.

The appointment was not great. She really didn't ask many questions why I was stressed. She was 20 minutes late.

All the people from the front desk to the NP to the people who take the blood - all very nice, personable, friendly people. I can see that Jillian and I will get along just fine. She listens to me as attentively, especially since at my age things just don't follow exactly medical textbook paradigms all the time any more.

Jillian was very thoughtful took the time to explain my health issues with me and formulate a plan for my overall care. She explained things That was never explained to me before she is an excellent care practitioner.

My NP, Jillian Ethridge Brown, is amazing. She sees my issues and gives me hope to get better even when I don’t see it myself. She helps me make sense of my symptoms and draw up a plan to get me better. Grateful she’s in your network. She really deserves a raise!
