At my appointment time I was called in a timely manner and everybody was nice and friendly, all the time. A very nice place and clinic to make sure all is well with you.

The lady in the lab that drew blood seemed a bit distracted--spoke softly, didn't seem helpful and curt at times. Wasn't my first time in the lab but every other time folks went out of their way to be helpful. Was just a different experience from what I had been used to. Otherwise nothing but ten
