Her attentiveness and care in treating me is beyond any I've ever received from any doctor I've ever had. She wants to make sure I understand any recommended treatment. Dr Kwok took a surprisingly long time with me to build a background about me. I came in with multiple issues. And still have things to bring up for discussion. She spent about 45 minutes with me. I expressed my gratitude for her taking so much time with me...I was shocked. These days doctors just don't do that...

Dr Kwok was very warm, nice and patient to ask questions about my health condition, and checked my current medicine. She asked my history again and remind me what is good or bad to me. She also referred another good doctor for my heart. I could tell that she was tired from her face but her attitude was very care about my health. Thanks Dr. Kwok

Dr Kwok is very knowledgeable, responsible and caring doctor. She puts her patients wellbeing above herself. Without her, I would never find out my multiple serious health issues and start taking care of them. My previous PCP didn't bother to investigate even my yearly check up obviously showed my health was declining. I really appreciate Dr Kwok's thorough persistent investigation to find the tricky causes which led the decline of my health. I can't say enough 'Thank you' to Dr Kwok. Her heart for patients is most precious. I wish all doctors, having good skills or not, at least have the heart like Dr Kwok.

Dr Kwok is an exceptional doctor - she is bright, caring, and thorough. She is well versed in all areas of medicine and a good diagnostician. If she is unable to solve an issue she refers me to other very good doctors for a deep dive. Dr Kwok always follows my case through to the end.
