Mary Ernst was so warm, intelligent and caring. She explained everything very well and I really like her. I really enjoyed her nurse that day as well. I come all the way from St Peters to go to this facility.

Mary listened to everything I shared and didn’t interrupt me. She helped me sort through various symptoms I was having an identify logical and possible causes. After a test revealed something undesirable, Mary explained everything verbally and printed the materials for me. She personally walked me to the front desk to guide next steps. Overall amazing experience despite the bad news.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Was able to get an appointment within 2 hours and was immediately seen when I arrived.

The nurse practitioner who saw me was very kind. She recognized that I had almost completely lost my voice and asked only necessary questions so I didn’t have to talk too much
