Dr Ernst was AMAZING

Mary listened to everything I shared and didn’t interrupt me. She helped me sort through various symptoms I was having an identify logical and possible causes. After a test revealed something undesirable, Mary explained everything verbally and printed the materials for me. She personally walked me to the front desk to guide next steps. Overall amazing experience despite the bad news.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Was able to get an appointment within 2 hours and was immediately seen when I arrived.

The nurse practitioner who saw me was very kind. She recognized that I had almost completely lost my voice and asked only necessary questions so I didn’t have to talk too much

I really liked the lady I saw because I had gone to 3 other Healthcare providers and they all just dismissed me and didn't give me any answers even though they ran tests. She didn't run any tests or blood work but she did go over what every other place had done with me. She also told me before I left there what I needed to do and where I needed to go and what I needed to have done that already had been overlooked by every other place I went to.
