I was given an appointment asap due to a physical issue, appropriate testing was ordered including labs, I was referred on to specialists the following week allowing treatments in a timely manner

She is by far one of the best if not the best provider I have seen. She is all the things anyone would like to have in a provider. She is compassionate, she listens and she works with you when making a care plan instead of telling you what your care plan will be. She is a true asset to the clinic and I am happy to have her on my care team.

Everything went great, except the prescriptions. I take a statin drug, and that is filled by a mail-order provider (Express Scripts). I had another prescription that was not covered by my plan or mail order, and I wanted it sent to HyVee Grimes. That did not happen. So I'm calling back today to hopefully get that fixed.

I felt treated like a good friend who was open to my wishes as far as wanting alternatives outside of traditional medicine, more natural ways to treat conditions, such as food, essential oils, homeopathic, etc when possible. I prefer to use as few prescriptions medications as possible and don't want to be constantly pushing pills down my throat. Having previously worked in a nursing home especially I saw patients who were taking 20 or more meds and it was then I was determined not to be one of those people. I am more of a natural holistic plan of care. She was a great listener as well as a great teacher in explaining specific things to me.
