Dr Swenka has improved my health immensely ever since I chose to have her as my doctor. She answers all of my questions and asks me plenty of questions about tackling any health problems. I put my full trust and my families trust that she is doing the very best to keep me healthy.

I truly appreciate the services provided by MercyOne. The staff are always very friendly and patient. I’d especially like to thank my doctor, Dr. Swenka — she is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She always takes the time to kindly ask about my condition and patiently answers all of my questions. Whenever I need help, she and her nurse are quick to reach out and clearly explain the next steps. I’m very grateful for their care and support!

Need to leave at least 1/3 appointments open for acute same day appts. It is frustrating that she is so booked up you have to see a provider that does not know you. I followed Erin from Johnston to Grimes for a reason. I don't want to see your new providers, I want to see my provider who knows my history.

This was the first time I had to wait an unusually long time before I could see Dr. Swenka…over 45 minutes. However, she apologized for the delay, and as always, discussed my concerns with me, made changes to my medications, and ordered a blood test, which I received a call about the next day.

I’m a long time patient. It’s often difficult to get an appointment when I’m ill. Everyone at Dr Swenka’s office is so nice. I don’t want to go to urgent care. I want to see my provider within a reasonable time when I’m sick.

Staff works very well when I have to change an appointment. Rooms are kept very clean. Restrooms are kept clean. Lobby is always clean.
