Erin Robidoux has been such an incredible part of my care. As I’ve slowly become..a medical unicorn, with complicated issues that don’t always fit neatly into one box, she has consistently made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She listens, and helps me make sense of what is happening, and she never makes me feel like I’m “too complicated.” Having someone in my corner who is willing to listen, think things through with me, and help me navigate all of this has meant more to me than I can really put into words.

Always feel like they are going to do everything they can to access and find the best treatment for my medical concerns. I have complete confidence in their competence. They make me feel like they are my friends.

We are so happy with all the providers at this location. I love staff and also Miss Robichaux they are amazing and helpful providers. Some of the best care we have ever received.

Dr. Erin and her staff are true professionals! My husband and I are in our eighties and they are always so thoughtful and respectful. Dr. Erin explains everything so well; discussing our problems, and makes sure we understand. There is no doubt when we leave that we given the best treatment possible.

They're always very courteous to me. They listen. They try to figure out what is wrong with me and try to help. They've always been very nice and pleasant and I think they're very special at Smithville.

I love having Erin as my PCP. She always listens to me, never considers any of my questions “silly questions,” and works to help my issues by discussing them rationally and looking for ways to solve them.

I would like to share that this provider, Erin Robidoux, has been truly life changing for both me and my health. The entire office is consistently filled with kind, lighthearted staff, and I always feel comfortable and cared for when I am here.
