Ma Anderson PA was incredibly professional spent time with me listened to me and explained things thoroughly and with understanding. The notes (who did introduce herself but I forgot her name ) was also very caring patient and professional.

I enjoyed the whole HSS Now experience. I think the appointment process is great. I loved being able to get an xray right away and not having to make a separate appointment at another location. And so convenient to set up the PT just next door. I found the facility really comfortable as well.

If I remember correctly, Dr. Erin Anderson, gave me a shot in the painful shoulder and I'm now
placing my arm up straight and just feeling a little pain. Couldn't ask for anything more.
