Erin’s bedside manners were amazing! Her ability to listen and explain my issues were one of the best experiences I have had! HSS should be proud of her work!

Erin was terrific – listened carefully, let me know what to expect, made the process clear. Also, HSS is absolutely the best. None of the uncertainty of other places. Everything went like clockwork. I wish every hospital were like HSS!

I think we interacted with 8 staff members, from the man at the podium upon entering to the PA who examined my knee and each was engaged, pleasant and competent, particularly Erin Anderson.

Erin was fabulous. After going to other providers, she was the one who took the time to listen and then thoroughly traced my issues to its source. She is a treasure to your organization! The icing on the cake is that she was able to get me out of pain.

Ma Anderson PA was incredibly professional spent time with me listened to me and explained things thoroughly and with understanding. The notes (who did introduce herself but I forgot her name ) was also very caring patient and professional.

I enjoyed the whole HSS Now experience. I think the appointment process is great. I loved being able to get an xray right away and not having to make a separate appointment at another location. And so convenient to set up the PT just next door. I found the facility really comfortable as well.

If I remember correctly, Dr. Erin Anderson, gave me a shot in the painful shoulder and I'm now placing my arm up straight and just feeling a little pain. Couldn't ask for anything more.
