I was expecting to see a doctor as I was told the appointment was with one. If I'm paying for an appointment with a doctor I expect to be seen by one. Erin was satisfactory for what I had to be seen for.

The experience I had with Erin was amazing, she truly understood my concerns, as finding quality care again is extremely difficult, she put my mind at ease, and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through , she took the time to understand my needs.

It was my first experience with Erin, and it was a pleasure. She was very professional. She answered every question that I had. We looking into different medication‘s that would benefit me more than the ones that I’m taking now. All in all it was just a great experience.

I felt that she was deeply concerned about me and appreciated my fear about vision loss. Frankly, I was surprised to receive such speedy care from both Coleen and Erin. I sense that Trinity is highly servige-oriented. That's lucky for me.
